Warm Springs Telecom

Warm Springs Telecom (WSTC) is wholly owned by the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. It is the 9th tribally owned telecommunications company in the United States. It has been created to serve every person, business and government agency on the Warm Springs Reservation with landline telephone service and high speed broadband Internet. Numerous packages are available to meet your needs and pocketbooks. After many years of planning, WST received an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) in the summer of 2010. This money has been used to build the new WST Central Office building that houses customer service, administration and the central office, where all the equipment needed for a telephone company to work has been installed. In addition, a fiber/fixed wireless network has been built around the reservation to connect customers. It will take additional funding and another year or two to complete the build-out of this network and serve all Warm Springs residents. However, most people will be served once this round of funding is complete. In addition, the Company has received all the needed certifications to offer the federal Lifeline program. Community Connects, the WST lifeline program, enables anyone that meets federal criteria to receive telephone service at $1/plus fees. Check with the customer service staff at WST to see if you qualify for this program. You may also use this program to use in conjunction with a package of phone and Internet.
