I provide expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits policies, procedures and practices, including market analysis, benchmarking, and cost analysis. I review and analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and recommend changes as necessary. I design and implement employee benefit plans and ensure they are cost-effective and meet the needs of employees. I help organizations manage their total rewards program, including base pay, bonuses, and equity awards, to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the organization's goals. I work with HR departments, executives, and managers to communicate compensation and benefits information to employees, and address any concerns or questions they may have. I stay current with compensation and benefits trends, laws, and regulations, and provide ongoing training and support to clients to help them maintain their programs. I provide expertise and support to organizations to help them effectively leverage HR technology to improve HR processes and outcomes.
