From this we create 6-12 month action plan leveraging strengths to improve culture and performance. Leadership Development Programs: For companies who want to cultivate exceptional leaders, I design six-month to multi-year comprehensive learning engagements. WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP Women’s Leadership Circles: Provides a unique space for deep learning and transformation. They can be specifically designed for organizations committed to gender equity, or broader community programs for women leaders interested in personal and professional leadership.
