we believe in DAILY coaching over here. most coaching programs offer a few meetings a month, and productivity apps don't work because you can just ignore them — we need community and personal accountability. you will never be stuck more than 24 hours, because you are no longer a single parent in your business. we meet every morning as a community-based way to start your day. our focus on daily repetition will condition you so that maintaining a balanced state between work and life becomes easier and easier to sustain. our goal is that you are not dependent on coaching to keep yourself from getting trapped in old cycles, and can graduate and continue growing. after understanding all of the obstacles in your way and making our plans to overcome them, it's time to standardize your methods - this is the first part of scaling we often miss. we make the plan and figure out how to standardize it — then it's time to automate it. not all automations work for everyone, but this is often the second gap in scaling. you never want to hire someone for something you can automate! from health/fitness and wellness to ghostwriting and baked goods, we've seen the insides of a LOT of businesses, and too many made the mistake of trying to scale before they had the infrastructure to support it - and hired us to fix it. don't be like them - hire me first.
