WE equip people to have thriving relationships through Relational Mindfulness®. Relational Mindfulness® is a proprietary framework that has been developed over the last decade. Our experiential programming is based on active engagement and provides accessible tools and practices to develop diverse and connected relationships at work. WE serves companies who value the effectiveness of cultivating belonging through healthy relationships in the workplace, and our corporate programming has been referred to as "the frontier of wellbeing at work". Our transformational programs have served teams at Google, Instagram, Tinder, Patagonia, Squarespace, Noom, and more. WE programs also support communities across N. America through partnerships with lululemon and goop.
