My name is Matt Cracraft and I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and the Founder of WellEvate Coaching. I have been a coach for most of my life, helping others achieve success in various aspects of their lives. I'm passionate about raising consciousness and developing human potential. In my practice, I work with individuals, professionals, and leaders to recognize and develop their potential. The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and the client. This alliance is what makes coaching so powerful. Developing positive coaching relationships and helping others succeed is what I'm meant to do. My role as your coach is to partner with you, raise consciousness, develop potential, elevate and inspire you.
