My services include coaching, public speaking, yoga and facilitation specific to women and girls' empowerment and Mind | Body | Spirit care through work that focuses on laying a strong foundation for self-care practices via positive self-esteem building exercises, learning to differentiate between individual preferences versus societal expectations, unpacking perfectionism, and exploring what setting healthy boundaries looks like. Empowerment Coach Shay Huff facilitates conversations around inward facing curiosity, vulnerability, self-care, perfectionism, integrity, stress management, the effects of social media on women and girls, manifesting a positive body image and Shine Theory (women/girls supporting other women/girls) in both professional and community environments. She also works with clients one-on-one and in group settings on unpacking and defining success and goal setting.
