The Whey Protein Research Consortium (WPRC) is dedicated to discovering and sharing whey protein’s exemplary and unique health benefits compared to other non-dairy proteins. The organization’s mission is to expand global use and awareness of whey proteins by supporting and expanding scientific investigations that will elevate the role of whey protein in food and the diet. Through a partnership of dairy cooperatives, associations, processors and multinational companies, the WPRC is working together to build a foundation of precompetitive, evidence-based knowledge that will benefit both consumers and the industry.
