Women Igniting Change

At Women Igniting Change® we help organizations achieve business results through women’s leadership and social impact. Through our Global Changemakers Community, we provides organizations an opportunity to create a premium talent experience for their employees - one that connects them to a broader positive impact on society while re-connecting them with the organization itself through shared purpose and values. We also help organizations transform their women leaders into strategic business partners through women's leadership strategy and programming. In addition, we teach women who want to make an impact how to create and execute their vision to change the world. They have a product, service or an idea that they know will have a positive impact on society but aren't sure how to bring it to life. Maybe it's an innovative idea for de-stigmatizing mental health or a new approach to solving the energy crisis in the developing world. Perhaps it's unlocking creative genius around an app that would address bullying in schools or a product that will keep college women safe on campus. The list could go on and on. Women Igniting Change® is a purpose-driven strategic consulting firm that unleashes the untapped potential and contributions of women around the world. We believe women hold the keys to some of the most pressing challenges of our time. They have bold, beautiful, amazing ideas that can transform families, communities, organizations and the world. We help them turn those ideas into action - whether individually or through their organization.
