Work Based Learning Wbl
The Work-Based Learning (WBL) programme (of Ministry of Electronics and IT, Govt. of India) is designed for fresh Graduate Engineers of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Women and Economically Weaker Section (EWS), to gain practical experience and exposure in Information Technology, Electronics and related areas. The programme will be implemented across seven MeitY organizations and aims to provide technical knowledge expansion, real-time working skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. The identified candidates will be deployed under 81 units of the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) organizations namely C-DAC, CERT-In, CMET, ERNET, NIELIT, STQC and SAMEER. The main objective of this programme is to provide an opportunity to SC/ST/EWS/Women candidates to acquire Technical Knowledge Expansion; Real-time Working Skills; Technology Use; Problem Solving Skills; Reasoning; Ideation; Analytical Thinking; Interpersonal Skills, etc. in a professional work environment.
