Work2future Foundation

The work2future Foundation was established in September of 2011 with the purpose of creating and advancing new opportunities to connect workforce and economic development as well as to promote small business development, growth and sustainability. The work2future Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation that provides publicly and privately funded vocational education and training programs in Santa Clara County and its unincorporated areas. Our goal is to increase employment opportunities and job retention in our community by offering employers with no-cost recruiting services as well as providing job seekers the training necessary to secure employment. The work2future Foundation operates within its ability to administer federal Workforce Investment Act funds to serve an estimated job seekers each year. As a non-profit corporation, we are actively seeking additional grant opportunities to provide additional resources and expand the scope of services offered to our community.
