We conduct workforce due diligence, valuation, and assessment for Private Equity firms acquiring mid-level companies. We also assess and optimize portfolio companies positioned for growth. Conversely, we can also prepare a workforce for exit. We do this using a proprietary method to audit, assess and appraise a prospective acquisition’s workforce covering over 60 areas of workforce composition, activity, and infrastructure. This approach greatly expands on the quality and quantity of actionable data than one normally receives in a traditional due diligence and valuation exercise.
