The Workforce Excellence Group, LLC is a training and consulting business that specializes in workforce and career development, and addresses the needs of two customers: job seekers and career and workforce development professionals. 1) Job Seeker Services Division: helps job seekers connect to employment by teaching them the skills and strategies necessary to thrive in today's dynamic job market and workplace utilizing Jay Block's 5 Steps to Rapid Employment program. The foundation to the program is empowerment - changing limiting belief systems and motivating students to take full responsibility for their job campaign. The program teaches a regimented process where new skills, self-marketing tools, and strategies give students a significant competitive advantage in landing the jobs they want at the pay they deserve - quickly and confidently. 2) Professional Development Division: helps career and workforce development staff and organizations maximize their talents and productivity through training, consulting, executive coaching, and strategic planning facilitation. We also deliver programming that leads to professional certifications in numerous areas, as well as opportunities to earn continuing education hours to meet re-certification requirements.
