WPMG Jobs offers an Employment Services feature that helps match jobseekers to employers in an easy and simple process. Why use WPMG Jobs? Our Employer Services Section is a specialized and tailored employment feature that allows an employer to design their search for qualified applicants. When a job is posted on WPMG Jobs, • Applicants apply by submitting their Jobseeker WebPage or resume. • WPMG Jobs screens the applicants to match them to the employer. • Arrangements are made to meet the employer(s) for which they qualify. • The Meet and Greet is virtually scheduled by time and date using WPMG Online Portal. • Employer can select top candidates for each job posting. Job Seeker Services are customized to meet employment needs. Jobseekers are instructed to create their own Jobseeker WebPage. The Jobseeker WebPage is a stand-alone service which allows the employer to view the jobseeker's qualifications at a glance, as well as, a full resume, in addition to viewing their professional photo, plus learning more about the jobseeker's personality and style through the use of the jobseeker's video. The site is optimized to accommodate all typical devices, such as desktop computers, tablets and/or smartphones.
