Wusut Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive

Internationally-recognized powerhouses, Ellen Kocher and Dominique Ben Dhaou, have teamed up, combining their experience and expertise, to provide clients the holistic, comprehensive approach to well-being needed to THRIVE. Wake Up, Shake Up, Thrive! Workshops & Coaching propose a unique wake-up call to the 50+ generation focused on five Dimensions of Well-Being: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual & Financial to turn disruptive demographics into productive possibilities! Elevating this transition requires an approach that incorporates all the Dimensions. Like the Gears of a Swiss watch, when one turns, the others move, too. Harmoniously. For Individuals: We work with you as certified coaches to support you in achieving your goals by helping you explore, create and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether you’re just looking to get back on track or tired of going it alone and ready to finally transition from knowing what to do to actually doing it…We’ve got a strategy for you. For Corporations and Groups: We offer a range of workshops and coaching options geared toward midlife professionals, empowering them to take responsibility for their next chapter and supporting them in making sustainable, positive changes in their lives. We recommend integrating multiple Dimensions of Well-Being and tailor our work to support the unique needs of each group. Life beyond 50 is a new world of opportunities, not a source of concern. We can’t wait to show you the view from the top.
