Wykoff Consulting deliverables include well-structured Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures and additional key “protective documents.” The company also develops administrative policies and procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). HR policies and procedures offered are customized for each client to capture the culture, practices and preference of the company, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state statutes. Key “protective documents” include independent contractor agreements, termination documents, wage deduction authorization agreements, employment application and acceptable interview questions, authorization for background check and Texas driving records, job offer letters, etc. Clients are offered GAP Audits on existing HR policies that identify documents that are needed and provide an assessment of potential risk. During the third quarter of 2012, Wykoff Consulting will introduce an HR Retainer Program and HR Special Assist Program. These programs will offer direct assistance and guidance is areas such as employee performance, counseling, discipline, termination, etc.
