Xcels show room is built up of a 4 floor showroom specifically designed to ensure that the customer journey is fulfilled at ease to ensure once they walk in they have little reason to walk back out. Customers of Xcel benefit from receiving some of the highest grade of work within the industry from staff who have a decorated resume having worked on high profile clients such a David Beckham in previous roles. Xcel has found itself to be fortunate to inherit skilled workers such as this due to the collapse of other PLC companies who once belonged to the industry. Across the last few years at Xcel we have worked extremely hard to work on vertical growth, allowing us more control on the supply chain. The business decision made a few years ago was to ensure that customers were not having to wait long periods of time for bespoke pieces, something that is a conventional practice in the industry.
