The company was founded by Chantel Paulsen, MBA—a business leader in the adult learning space, certified coach, and social science practitioner. Chantel's path to coaching has been paved with a deep fascination for people's strengths, an unstoppable curiosity around learning and growth, and the innate responsibility to connect others with other people, ideas, and resources to make their jobs and lives successful.
