The workshops are held in THE FOREST OF POSSIBILITIES, my 17-acre eucalyptus grove in the center of Israel, a center of tranquility that is all inspiration and facilitates a time-out from the routine for accelerated, meaningful processes aimed towards achieving the organization's goals. My training approach is based on a model of Conscious Capitalism, which strengthens organizational resilience. It's based on the underlying principle that businesses are a springboard for the improvement of humanity & deals with connection to the purpose, attentive leadership & partnership among all parties involved. I use tools from the world of NLP, which facilitates fast & profound changes in the participants, allowing improvement of operations & achievement of the organization's objectives.
