Birthright Israel Excel is a prestigious lifelong business fellowship for young Jewish adults that begins with a summer professional experience in Israel. Highly accomplished Jewish college sophomores, juniors and seniors from the US and international markets as well as Israeli soldiers, students and young professionals pursuing careers in business and/or technology are welcome to apply to Excel. During the summer program, Birthright Israel Excel Fellows from the US and international markets intern at a prominent Israeli company. Internships are at firms with global reach from a wide selection of industries, including finance, venture capital, consulting, technology, startups, engineering, bio-tech and marketing. Throughout the summer, all Birthright Israel Excel Fellows, including those from Israel, engage with distinguished Israeli leaders from business, technology, politics and philanthropic organizations on a broad range of topics including leadership, Jewish identity, the global economy, and teamwork. In addition, Birthright Israel Excel Fellows travel on designated weekend trips throughout Israel designed to encourage a deeper understanding of the State of Israel and its history. Hebrew Scouts Movement In Israel
Founded in 1919, the Tzofim was the first Zionist youth movement in Israel. Today, the Tzofim is the only official "National Youth Movement" in the country. It was the first egalitarian Scouting movement in the world, where boys and girls participate together on an equal basis. More than 20 Kibbutzim have been established over the years by Nahal Garinim of the Tzofim. In Israel today, there are over Tzofim graduates. Currently, there are over Jewish Tzofim and over Arab Tzofim. The number of active Tzofim has grown by over 55% in the last 10 years alone, while almost all other youth movement in the country have greatly decreased in membership. There are over 160 tribes (troops) in almost 100 cities, towns, moshavim and kibbutzim. Over 1/3 of the Tzofim tribes are located in development towns and challenged neighborhoods.

Ethiopian National Project
The Ethiopian National Project works tirelessly to ensure the full and successful integration of Ethiopian Jews into Israeli society. ENP provides social and educational opportunities to help Ethiopian-Israeli teenagers realize their full potential while providing parents and lay leaders with support so they can play an active role in their community's success through its SPACE program- School Performance and Community Empowerment. Through SPACE, ENP takes a “bigger picture” view of the cultural, social and emotional challenges faced by Ethiopian-Israelis that hinder their advancement. Today the Ethiopian National Project serves over highschoolers and their parents and lay leaders in 32 cities throughout Israel. Two key initiatives are at the heart of ENP SPACE-Holistic Afterschool Support: Provides supplementary hours of instruction to improve students' achievements in core subjects, increases motivation to learn, improves self-confidence, heightens aspirations and provides a nutritious lunchtime meal- Leadership and Empowerment: Training to provide skills to Ethiopian-Israeli parents and leaders to enable them to take action to engender change within their families and community. ENP is unique as it involves the Ethiopian-Israeli community as leaders in the organization at every level. It also strictly adheres to the importance of external evaluations and constantly learns from these evaluations, which are published on an annual basis. ENP's work serves to prevent the formation of a black underclass for this special minority population in Israel.

Goshen is promoting child health and child development. The organization was founded in 2014 by a group of leading pediatricians in Israel and Australia with the goal of enabling every child to reach their full potential and become a responsible, independent, and productive adult. SKILLZ is a program to promote Israel's technological education, operated by the Ministry of Education and the Israeli Association of Advanced Industries (IATI). The program aims to make STEM educational fields, such as programming, mathematics, robotics, engineering, and electronics, accessible to all Israeli students and excel in scientific learning through gamification and competition. Teachers and mentors accompany the students throughout the year and easily teach the various subjects through games and puzzles on the program website.
