The Mansoor family were UK based before making the big move to Dubai – the land of opportunity for business and innovative food concepts. From the bustling streets of Old Dubai to the glamorous skyscrapers, food remains the dominant force in this city. Being a family full of foodies we decided to take you on our culinary journey by sharing our famous household snack, fused with a modern twist. We dedicated time to refining recipes, testing different flavour combinations and working on a fun and creative serving style. Ultimately the original snack has now been reinvented.
