Your Divorce Made Simple
Our approach to divorce mediation is using The Kitchen Table Divorce Process which combines using a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, CDFA® with the mediation process as a first step in the divorce process. This process discovers what is important to each party. It also analyzes taxable vs. non-taxable assets. It also allows for multiple conversations over a period of time to get both parties to come to an agreement. This is different from the process that most mediators use which is to put both parties in separate rooms and go back and forth between the two parties until they come to an agreement. Our process allows time between sessions to process the information obtained and to seek legal advice should they need it.
