Hiring Implementation Support: Our team manages your entire hiring process on a minimum 3-month retainer. This is ideal for organizations that want a full internal hiring process without doing the heavy lifting. We help craft a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent, provide an excellent candidate experience, and streamline the process so your team only needs to interview and hire. Onboarding Vip Day: During this four-hour session, together we’ll create a 90-day onboarding process that welcomes and trains your new employee and builds relationships across the team. Foundations Grantees: We partner with foundations to provide HR capacity-building services to their grantees.
