Your Wellbeing Doctor was established with the purpose of providing consultancy, learning and development, and coaching services. We utilise the principles of positive psychology, coaching psychology, and a deep understanding of human behaviours to support individuals, teams, and organisations to Grow, Thrive and Flourish. Our goal is to empower high-functioning professionals to not only thrive and excel in their workplaces but also to challenge limiting beliefs that could hinder their career progression. By utilising tools and empirical evidence, we carefully design workshops and webinars while also providing team and group coaching.
