Across the globe, 17% of the youth population is out or cannot access education, 258 million. The World Economic Forum has concluded that existing inequalities in accessing education have only heightened since COVID-19. Demands for teachers have increased, and with less pay than ever before, it is almost impossible to allocate time to make small and long-term changes, to meet the wishes, needs and hopes of youth. YouthTheGap is an award-winning, social-impact consultancy and CIC determined to reimagine the possibilities of education and its curriculum. Since founding in February 2024, through our events, audits, workshops, and training, we have worked directly with schools to identify gaps and co-create solutions to fix them, taking the weight off teachers' shoulders. We harness the power of intergenerational connection. YouthTheGap is not just a platform, we are a movement - to ensure everyone has accessible, meaningful and inclusive education.
