Zhingalala's parent company is one of the pioneers in the shrimp farming industry in Gujarat. Our director Dr. Manoj. M. Sharma has played a vital role as a key architect of the "Blue Revolution" in Gujarat. Our company's vision for Zhingalala is to increase the domestic consumption of shrimp/prawns in India. with this vision, Dr. Sharma initiated this concept serving mainly prawn specialty dishes.
