Founded in 2022, in the mind of our founders (Nasko & Martin) right in beautiful Chicago. Transferred in the minds of the first members who believed in the same vision all the way in Macedonia. Word of the mouth spread and here we are, we started our story and we deliver our vision to your company. ZIC Group BPO goes from trucking and dispatching services, to negotiations, and client relations from small to mid-size and corporate companies. Our vision is to make both ends happy.
