About the Founder & CEO Prior to launching Zing Collaborative, Sarah Young spent 8 years in the corporate world leading people, projects, and teams in several leadership and executive-level roles in several areas of the organization. Her approach blends corporate experience, research, mindfulness, leadership, coaching, and experiential learning. She's a certified professional coach, a certified co-active coach, a two-time Ironman finisher, a certified yoga instructor, a certified scrum master, trained in systems theory, and has been named a favorite Executive Coach by BRAVA Magazine.
