Vanuit Zinsibility begeleid ik organisaties op 3 niveau's: 1) Strategisch niveau; vertalen van een nieuwe strategie in leiderschap en begeleiden van cultuurveranderingstrajecten. 2) Team niveau; teamontwikkeling en teamcoaching (met o.a. Profile Dynamics drijfverenanalyse). Waarbij de drijfveren van de mensen en de doelstellingen van de afdeling zodanig samen komen dat het team optimaal gaat functioneren. 3) Individueel niveau; executive en individuele coaching van leidinggevenden en medewerkers zowel op zakelijk als privé gebied. Ik werk vanuit de rollen Teamcoach, Individueel Counseler, Procesbegeleider, Verandermanager, Cultuur- en Talentontwikkelaar.
