ZLF LAW OFFICE is the first joint venture law firm that includes China, Hong Kong and Macau law offices. It operates in accordance with the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) and is established in the free trade zone of Hengqin. The main objective of JV is to become a one-stop legal service provider for clients with the territories and around the world. This allows the firm to better match the growing market of legal services stemming from "One Belt, One Road". The establishment of JV in accordance with CEPA allows the firm to have a "close partnership in the legal industry between China and Hong Kong (Macau)". JV takes advantage of the freedom of trade in Hong Kong and Macau to better allow for closer co-operation between Hong Kong, Macau and China. This promotes seamless co-operation between these jurisdictions. Along with the rapid economic development within Zhuhai, it is all the more important to target the new opportunities arising from that region and provide legal services within that area and elsewhere.
