ZMI was a start up in 2010 to implement and market ZoneMaintenance, an innovative solution to stripping waste from the PM Servicing process on large mobile mining equipment. With this success, ZMI developed the tablet based software to enable maintainers to perform the PM Service and Inspections in the field without paper. This software was developed for maintainers by maintainers. It holds many of the missing features and functions that large work order management systems can not do.* Defect Management (Capture to Analysis)* Condition Monitoring Trending * Drives the process * Many Analysis and Report options With the Success of ZoneMaintenance, ZMI developed RouteMaintenance Software for fixed plant, EquipmentStatus for MDG15 inspections and equipment condition reviews, and in future development plans Rail and PortMaintenance Software. ZMI travels all over Australia and overseas to work closely with maintenance departments that are looking for cost improvement solutions and results that are focused on improving Safety, Quality and Turnaround within their operations.
