LATECOERE Czech Republic je pokračovatelem společnosti LETOV, první letecké továrny v Česku. Ta byla založena v roce 1918 jako podnik na opravu letounů. High School Of Civil Aviation - Prague Cz
The Secondary Vocational School of Civil Aviation, Prague - Ruzyně, as the only school in the Czech Republic, teaches a four-year study program in Business and Civil Aviation. The focus of this field places high demands on practical skills in the field of passenger handling and aircraft handling in air transport. The internship has been provided since the second year at live airports and other workplaces related to tourism. The training includes teaching the Amadeus and SITA DCS aircraft systems. The content of the Aviation Mechanic curriculum is updated annually according to changes in the fleet of our social partners and in accordance with the regulations of PART 147. Some subjects are taught by experts from the airport, who transfer the latest knowledge from practice. Professional training has been taking place since the 3rd year at selected aircraft maintenance and repair workplaces. Based on the requirements of air carriers, the school's educational offer was expanded from the school year 2006/2007 by a new field of Electronics Mechanics, focusing on avionics. The design of teaching documents in the field was prepared by a group of our teachers in cooperation with experts from practice. Providing this field of study will enable students to master the basic elements of avionics equipment, including communication and radio equipment, sophisticated aircraft instruments and digital technologies and equipment primarily used for data transmission. the resulting level of their knowledge and practical skills will fully comply with the standards of the international regulations.
