Provision of air navigation services (ANS-Air Navigation Services) as a prior company operation, which includes: 1.1 ATM services (Air Traffic Management) including: a) ATC services (ATS – Air Traffic Services) such as- air traffic control (ATC), provided to the aircrafts through issuing approvals and instructions given by relevant air traffic control, for the purpose of enabling safe, regular and expeditious air traffic flow- Flight information service (FIS), provided through giving information that are significant for safe air traffic- Alerting Service (ALRT) provided to the aircraft that needs searching and rescuing, through informing and coordinating the relevant factors. b) Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM), provided for the purpose of providing maximum usage of air traffic control capacity and air traffic rate; c) Air Space Organization (ASM – Air Space Management) provides maximum and flexible usage of air space for all users. 1.2 Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) includes collecting, processing and distributing the aeronautical information, urgent information, aeronautical information circular, aeronautical charts and flight procedures. 1.3 The meteorological services which include collecting, processing and distributing meteo data, meteo forecast, meteo informing as well as warnings. installation, maintenance, control and surveillance of technical units, devices and equipment for the purpose of providing air navigation services (CNS Services); and 1.5. registering the over flight charges.
