Epst European Pilot Selection & Training

EPST provides selection services and pilot training. Airline pilots are selected and trained. Basic training is provided by three experienced quality flight training organizations, Global Aviation in Greece, OSM Aviation Academy in Norway and Aero Locarno in Switzerland. The MCC / APS course is provided at EPST in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Active airline pilots are used as instructors in a modern fixed-base B737NG flight simulator. European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) First Officer training program provides ab-initio (student) pilots with an integrated training course including comprehensive aviation style jet training to fully prepare them for their first aviation interview and job. EPST continues to support successful graduates until they secure their first pilot job with one of the major airlines. Our selection tool (the COMPASS test) consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The test can be administered in-house. ANWB Medical Air Assistance (ANWB MAA) is een unieke luchtvaartonderneming die alle medische transport door de lucht in Nederland verzorgt. Voor vier traumacentra en voor de Regionale Ambulance Voorziening Fryslân voeren we meer dan vluchten per jaar uit. Per helikopter wordt het mobiel medisch team zo snel mogelijk naar de plaats van een ongeluk vervoerd. Het team staat 24 uur per dag paraat, 365 dagen per jaar. Dit maakt werken bij ANWB MAA zeer dynamisch. Daarnaast hebben we samen met PostNL Medical Drone Service (MDS) opgezet om Nederland in de toekomst te kunnen voorzien van een landelijk dekkend drone-netwerk voor medische en maatschappelijke doeleinden zoals het vervoeren van bloedsamples. De aansturing van onze operaties komt vanuit het kantoor op Lelystad Airport. De drone-operatie vindt voornamelijk plaats vanuit het ANWB-hoofdkantoor te Den Haag. Je standplaats is Lelystad maar voor je werk kom je op verschillende locaties en werken kan in overleg ook thuis.
