Set to open in October 2022, CI-MAC’s first phase will include two large hearing rooms and four break out rooms, with plans for further expansion. Located in George Town, CI-MAC is a short ten minute drive from the international airport with nonstop flights from the US, the UK, and Canada. There are numerous first-class hotels and restaurants within minutes of the centre. CI-MAC will offer well-appointed hearing and breakout rooms, first-class technology, 24/7 security, extensive catering options, on-site parking and facilities, and a roster of experienced resident and non-resident arbitrators and mediators – all with a view of the Caribbean Sea. CI-MAC’s experienced and attentive staff will be available in-person to assist with all aspects of hearings to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience. CI-MAC will also be able to act as an appointing authority and will offer a range of additional services to assist clients and offer them the ability to flexibly and efficiently resolve their commercial disputes.
