RGOAL LTD. is a leading innovator in digital dispute resolution that has been the first organisation to be certified as an Out-of-Court Settlement (OOC) provider by the Malta Communications Authority, the Digital Services Coordinator in Malta. The Certification authorises RGOAL LTD. to settle disputes between providers of online platforms and the recipients of their services throughout the European Union under the brand name ADROIT. The Digital Services Act, a landmark regulation aimed at creating a safer and more accountable online environment, introduces a range of new requirements for digital services operating within the EU. One of the key provisions of the DSA is the establishment of a framework for Out-of-Court Settlements to handle disputes between users and online platforms efficiently and fairly. Under the DSA is mandatory for providers of internet platfroms of a certain size to work with out-of-court dispute settlement bodies that has been duly certified to resolve disputes relating to decisions and complaints that have not been resolved by the internal complaint-handling system of the provider. Since February 2024, providers of online platforms must therefore ensure that all information about suitable dispute resolution options and how to access them is clearly available for customers on the online interface. ADROIT provides OOC services based on proven expertise in the following fields- Online shopping and online booking platforms - Content sharing and content driven marketing platforms - Crowdfunding and P2P lending - Web3, Defi, NFT and fintech platforms and protocols - Gaming, gambling and betting platforms - B2B, B2C and P2P trading platforms and marketplaces. We settle disputes in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese and Spanish.
