Ukrainian Academy Of Mediation
UAM is a non-profit public association with the status of a legal entity established in 2014. The main goal of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation is to assist the mediation development in Ukraine as analternative method of disputes resolution and raising the level of culture of peace and harmony in Ukrainian society. UAM constantly cooperates with the courts, Ukraine National School of Judges, Ukrainian National Bar Association and Regional Advocate Councils, higher education institutions, public associations, etc. The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation is the initiator and organizer of scientific and practical seminars, conferences, forums, workshops and mediation training for lawyers. During five years, representatives of UAM organized and held about 400 different educational events in all regions of Ukraine for lawyers, mediators, students, pupils, citizens, representatives of the authority, local government institutions, companies and organizations. The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation is the only public union in Ukraine that cares about implementation of mediation and holds corresponding educational activities in all regions of Ukraine. For now, more than judges and lawyers from all regions of Ukraine have taken part in the educational events of the Academy.For the first time in Ukraine, the Academy opened mediation rooms in courts of all jurisdictions and on the basis of the Free Legal Aid System. In such rooms, the team of Academy mediators has been providing citizens with access to mediation on a voluntary basis for almost two years. The Academy collaborates with the Services for Children, Social Centers for Families, Children and Youth, where UAM mediators provide access to mediation for families in difficult life circumstances. The Academy is developing various information materials on mediation. In 2019, the first Ukrainian textbook “Mediation in the professional activities of a lawyer” was published.

Ukrainian Arbitration Association Uaa
The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is a non-profit organization that unites lawyers (irrespective of their nationality or place of residence) who are professionally engaged or interested in international arbitration. Membership in the Ukrainian Arbitration Association is open to all persons with a law degree, having professional interest in international arbitration and sharing the goals and objectives of the Association. Students can join the Association as associate members. The key goals of the Association include, first of all, the promotion of Ukraine, and Kiev in particular, as the seat of arbitration, facilitation and support of interest in international arbitration, extension of knowledge and exchange of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, as well as enhancing cooperation and communications among practitioners in international arbitration around the world. The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is not an arbitration institution. The Association intends to cooperate with arbitration institutions and similar professional associations on the development and promotion of international arbitration. The Ukrainian Arbitration Association invites all practitioners and individuals interested in the development of international arbitration for active collaboration as members and associate members.

The main purpose of the creation of the Public Organisation is: STATUS DETERMINATION FOR THE CROUPIER as an arbiter who naturally determines the share index (DoLa) for the operators of the entertainment world by initiating changes in the legislation of the country where one resides. The purpose of the Public Organisation is the fulfilment of: the value for “the best standard of living" for a living person, the principle of "good will" for a living person, the ability to determine the availability of reliable data with a high level of disaggregation, which allows to analyse the information about dynamically made progress. The desire to achieve accountability in the relationship between governments and civil society in all the countries committed to the Sustainable Development Goals “SDGs”, that requires the partnership of the governments, the private sector, civil society and citizens, in order to leave the planet in a better state for the future generations.
