The practice works on commercial, residential, resort and mixed development projects in Cyprus, providing full architecture, masterplanning and construction supervision services for both Developing Sector and Private Owners. UDSarchitects being multilingual and multicultural, has work during the last years with a number of famous and well-established International Design firms such as Robert A.M. Stern Associates, EDSA, and Benoy, on very important projects in Cyprus including Aphrodite Hills, Venus Rock Project, and DEL-Mare Residences. The practice's project portfolio includes a number of Office Buildings in main commercial avenues of Limassol and Larnaca, a number of Appartment Buildings in prestigous residential areas of Limassol and Nicosia, resorts and mixed development in Limassol and Paphos, as well as a large number of private houses all over Cyprus. Our work has won international awards and has been published extensively. EKKY Studio is an architectural practice based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It was founded in 2009 by architects Kenzo Yamashita and Elina Kriticou with the philosophy of designing sustainable and engaging Architecture focused on people, culture and tradition. Electrical Installations In the year 1985 we commenced the built-up service of our company NK Eletrical at the corner of Apostolou Varnava 1B & Xryseleousas within the Strovolos area, where our line of expertise fell into the field of electrical and telephone installations together with the sale of electrical appliances. In 1990 we became a limited company NK Eletrical Ltd, up scaling our line of business through to larger scale constructional electrical and telephone installations throughout Cyprus. In we moved to the Makedonitissis 72 within the Strovolos area, in a modern self-owned building with three floors where everything has been oriented to a flow of organizational structure, mechanicalism, servicing with the same friendly environment like it was once was back in 1985.

J A Philippou Architects-Engineers
An award-winning architectural and engineering practice with over 60 years of international experience. The practice has a strong legacy of working diligently on a case-by-case basis, as opposed to an ‘all-size-fits-all’ approach. As such, each project is a ‘tailor-made’ solution to a specific set of conditions, rather than a simple ‘run-of-the-mill’ product. In turn, this means that productive collaborations are purposely sought with all other project actors – such as, the Employer, Other Consultants and the Construction Teams. Currently the practice has approximately a total staff of about 50 qualified architects, urbanists, civil and structural engineers, designers and technicians, as well as supportive administrative personnel. The practice is based in based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and it operates from its own specially-designed studio implemented in the late 1960s in Engomi – a stone’s throw from Nicosia’s Central Business District. J+A Philippou is organised to provide professional services in all disciplines of the building industry, for projects at different scales, as well as of all sectors and genres – with varying degrees of intricacy. The obvious advantage of the practice’s set-up is the emergent set of synergies, triggered by the intimate collaboration of diverse specialists under one roof. This instigates both more extensive project coordination, as well as more intensive thinking integration. The latter is also facilitated by diligent production of information, and its associated quality control, which seeks to have an active role in the inception, development and communication of the work.
