After undergoing an experience of pioneer project Wei-Wu-Yin Center for the Arts, we learned many precious construction experiences from it. WeBIM combined construction expertise and BIM perfectly to present you the whole new levels of extraordinary service quality and contents. It takes a decade to grind a sword. As the first BIM department that set up by a construction company, after years of experiences conducting BIM to construction project, we decided to spin off from parent company and established a new firm named “WeBIM Services”. Taiwan Architecture & Building Center

Chinese Architecture & Building Center (CABC) was established in and rename "Taiwan Architecture & Building Center (TABC)" in 2007,according to the final resolution of the "National Building Conference" held by the Ministry of Interior in 1995. Based on this resolution, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and the Ministry of Interior (MOI) suggested the establishments of an inspection and evaluation system for building materials, and certifications for building qualities in Taiwan. Followed by the announcement of "supporting the non-governmental agency to set up an examination and inspection system of the related building materials by executing technical and self-supporting services." in the "Organization Act of the Architecture and Building Research Institute (ABRI)", CABC was established in March by the MOI, and officially registered in April by the endorsement of the Taiwan Taipei District Court in the same year.
