Warriors Ethos
Warriors Ethos is dedicated to providing assistance in the career planning, professional development, and placement of Wounded Service Members, Veterans, and their families throughout their transition. An effective transition experience for injured service members, however, requires a common thread commitment on behalf of the service member and the business community. It is this common commitment – one of Engagement, Education and (job) Placement, or EEP – that is key to the success of Warriors Ethos. Both parties agree to acquire an understanding of the needs and expectations of the other. The civilian business community offers service members the opportunity to try different real-world experiences in order to gain a better understanding of how some of their military skills will translate “corporate America”. Service members have the opportunity to learn civilian cultural competency (up close and personal), learn out how to “sell” themselves in an interview situation, and develop the beginning of a professional civilian network. The ultimate goal of Warriors Ethos is to ensure that every service member participating in the program achieves a successful job placement – one that leads to the start of the next phase of a very successful civilian career.

Women Veterans Ignited Formerly Northeast Florida Women Veterans, Inc
Formed in 2011 by a group of female veterans, The Northeast Florida Women Veterans, Inc. provides support to women who served on active duty and in the Reserves and National Guard. THE CHALLENGE We recognize that many women veterans are able to transition easily and go on to be very successful in their lives. Some women veterans have not handled the transition well or things have happened beyond their control, and they find themselves needing assistance. Our staff is dedicated to helping meet those needs. Women are the fastest-growing community of military veterans. As veterans, we are subject to the same challenges as our male counterparts: PTSD, MST, high divorce rate, health issues, and even homelessness. The challenges for women go beyond that. Often childcare, domestic violence, gender discrimination, and other issues, push our needs beyond the normal transition challenges. Only in recent years has the VA placed more emphasis on the unique needs of women veterans. Community agencies have also begun to look at services needed for this demographic. We are working daily with community partners to ensure that women who served in the military are no longer the “Invisible Veterans." OUR CHARGE Here in Florida, we serve the second-largest population of women veterans in America, with Duval County having the largest number in the state of Florida. We sincerely believe in our Core Mission to help set the standard for providing personalized care and emergency resources to the women who have served and continue to serve our country. If you are a woman who served in the military, in any branch or component (Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves), connect with us today! Visit our website at or call our office at (904) 862-6039. You can also follow us on other social media platforms by looking up our name on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

All Secure Foundation
All Secure Foundation was born from the real life struggle Tom CSM (R) and Jen faced when he stepped away from a life of service after 25 years in the Army, 20 in the most elite Special Operations unit, Delta Force, and into a now unfamiliar civilian world. Coping with physical, mental, and emotional pain on a daily basis created challenges and stresses that almost buried them both. Their love and commitment to each other pushed them to find sustainable ways to heal themselves physically first, which gave them the strength to begin healing mentally and emotionally as well. From that success came the determination to help others who struggle learn to dust off their hard won skills and apply them to living the best life possible, giving hope and purpose to the one next to them, and the next.

The Army Air Service and the Army Air Corps captured the imagination of many a young man in the 20's and 30's with stunt flying and a wide variety of aircraft. It began the golden age of flight; dangerous probably, glamorous certainly. The love affair of men and their planes continued and the flying bug even hit women. As World War II began, many improvements that enabled aircraft to fly faster, farther and higher were built into the specifications of aircraft. The physics of human flight in a 'flying machine' were well established and understood, it was a matter of building better performing aircraft as well as ones suited to particular tasks.
