CareOS is building an AI operating system for care managers in aging societies, starting with Japan. We are creating AI that care managers can trust — not a generic chatbot, but a second brain and personal assistant designed around real care workflows. CareOS helps care managers spend less time on paperwork, manual follow-ups, fragmented records, and repetitive documentation, so they can focus more on actual human care. Our platform can call elderly patients, speak with them naturally in their preferred language, collect daily check-in information, and identify early care-risk signals such as missed medication, poor appetite, loneliness, confusion, dizziness, falls, low mood, or no-response patterns. Every call becomes structured information that care managers can review, trust, and act on. At the center of CareOS is an agentic CRM for care managers. It organizes patients by priority, shows who needs attention today, explains why someone was flagged, stores patient history, transcripts, risk signals, monitoring notes, and follow-up tasks, and helps care managers prepare for visits. The system can also draft care-management documents, generate session summaries, support bilingual Japanese/English workflows, and coordinate family updates when needed. CareOS is designed to work as an operating layer for care teams: calling patients, remembering context, surfacing changes, assisting with documentation, and helping care managers make faster, better-informed decisions. The care manager stays in control, while AI handles the repetitive operational load. Our mission is to build the care-continuity infrastructure for the future of elder care — helping care teams support more people safely, personally, and with dignity.
