a2sys is a full-stack AI infrastructure company building the foundational systems for the agentic era. As AI shifts from conversational "talkers" to autonomous "doers," agent workflows are generating an explosion in token volume and memory demand—driving infrastructure costs up by slowing response times, and capping task success rates. We exist to break that cost barrier. Our approach is AI–SW–HW co-design. Rather than treating agentic AI as an extension of single-model inference, we tackle it as a system-level problem: sharing memory (KV Cache) across models, optimizing agent-network structure, and managing a memory-centric infrastructure that extends beyond expensive HBM into next-generation memory solutions (CXL, HBF, and beyond). At the core of our work is an Agent-Native Inference OS—combining a compute scheduler, virtual memory manager, and inter-agent communication controller—designed to make agentic AI up to 100x more efficient. Our long-term vision is an Agent-Native NeoCloud serving the rapidly growing AI Inference PaaS market. Founded in 2026 and based in Pangyo, South Korea, a2sys brings together a rare team that has worked across the entire stack—from AI algorithms and model compression to CPU, NPU, and memory chip design—with backgrounds spanning NAVER Cloud, Samsung Research, KAIST, NVIDIA, Meta, and IBM. We are backed by a seed round from leading investors including Company K Partners, SBVA, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Korea Investment Partners, and Kakao Ventures.
