Art Vantage Limited was founded in Gibraltar in 2011 to hold the artworks of the Tiroche DeLeon Collection. In Feb 2012 it was converted to Art Vanatge PCC Limited, a Gibraltar based protected cell company, and effectively became the seed investment in a developing markets contemporary art fund. The Funds's objectives are to- Build a broad representation of contemporary masterpieces by artists from the major developing art markets of the world- Generate strong and uncorrelated investment returns over the 10 year life of the fund- Overweight large scale works and regularly lend them to important Museums worldwide- Create the first art fund to be modeled on the best private collections, employing a focused investment strategy that combines strong macro economic fundamentals with unique industry know-how- Facilitate the entry of new investors to the art world by demystifying the art of collecting for investment, introducing transparency to what has traditionally been an opaque market, and structuring a fund that is palpable to those experienced in more traditional financial investments- Acquire works by globally recognized artists from all developing economies with particular focus on China, India and Brazil, as well as Russia and various countries in the Middle East, Africa and South America. Art Vantage PCC Limited was founded by Serge Tiroche and Russ DeLeon.

Fortress House
Fortress House is a contemporary art museum in Gibraltar which aims to educate, empower and excite audiences through art. The museum presents a collection exploring the individual’s relationship with society and the pressures which shape identity. The Fortress House collection predominantly includes contemporary art since 1970, inclusive of female and multicultural perspectives. Opening in autumn 2025 and located in central Gibraltar, Fortress House reinvigorates a historical building through sustainable design and adaptive reuse with contemporary additions. With galleries, an art centre, rooftop sculpture garden and two cafés, Fortress House offers visitors the opportunity to reflect, learn and connect.
