Mmc Led Art - Shock Cooperative

The Shock Cooperative is a successor of the most prominent art activist phenomena that marked Serbian art practice during ex Yugoslavia war and post war time – The Led Art (1993 – ). As a representative and supporter of art gild, MMC LED ART is contextually renaming Art Clinic (Art klinika, 2002-2012) into a Shock Cooperative (Sok zadruga). Its program is currently being realized within four gallery spaces in Novi Sad – Shock Cooperatives Central Gallery, Shock Corridor 22, Shock Partizan and Shock SOSO

Memoduct is a repository of contemporary media art practices and research in the field of digital humanities, cyber anthropology and the history of media art. It features specialized topics that reflect on the cybernetic feedback loop between the art, networked-self and eco-socio-technological systems. Налази се на Тргу Републике бр. Зграда позоришта саграђена је 1869. по пројекту Александра Бугарског, са свим карактеристикама позоришне архитектуре свога доба и поштовањем регулације околног простора. Више пута је преправљана и дограђивана, тако да је од првобитне грађевине врло мало очувано. Презиђивања и преправке вршене су већ 1885. и 1903, а већа преправка од 1911–1922, са прекидима, по пројекту Јосифа Букавца. Спољни и унутрашњи изглед и класицистичка стилска обележја измењени су у решење којим доминирају масивни бочни пилони који фланкирају улаз и пластична декорација закаснелих сецесијских реминисценција. Дограђене су и нове просторије у источном делу, повећан габарит, вршене измене у ентеријеру, урађене плафонске композиције С. Ф. Колесникова. У бомбардовању 1941. зграда је знатно оштећена, тако да је каснијим оправкама и реконструкцијама архитектонска форма претрпела нове измене. Реконструкција ентеријера вршена је 1965. по пројекту Николе Шерцера, а обимном реконструкцијом из 1986–1989. враћено је стање и изглед позоришта из 1922, према концепцији Ј. Букавца, са знатним изменама на екстеријеру и ентеријеру. Тада је дограђен део зграде према улици Браће Југовића, обликован по савременим архитектонским схватањима, уз коришћење нових технологија.
