With 58 years of experience in the Turkish automotive industry, Karsan produces for the world's leading automotive companies, including its own brand, in its state-of-the-art facilities in the commercial vehicle segment. Since 1981, Karsan has been producing commercial vehicles, and its factory in Hasanağa, Bursa has the capacity to produce vehicles in a single shift every year. The Research and Development center established within the company, SERTPLAS is producing 100 % domestic, high technology products that include embedded software in their core. SERTPLAS is representing Turkish design and engineering in the global arena by exporting 72 % of its production. Company History SERTPLAS stepped into the market in 1955 as a small plastic injection shop, by its founder Hasan Serter (1931 - 2002). Today the company is operating out of a vertically integrated complete production facility established on an area of with net production area of 11,500m2, supplying both the aftermarket and OEMs. In addition to truck and trailer lighting equipment, SERTPLAS expanded its product portfolio to include electrical/electronic systems, electric cables, connectors, body parts, air brake hoses and couplings, convertors and regulators. By paying close attention to the market dynamics and changing customer requirements, SERTPLAS is proudly exporting 72 % of its production to 60 countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and South America, as well as directly working with OEMs around the globe as a preffered Tier 1 supplier. Doku-San Otomotiv was founded at Yıldırım Sanayi Çarşısı in 1974. Its current manufacturing facility became operational in 1990. Bursa Nilüfer Köyü manufacturing facility is built in a closed area m2. Doku-San Otomotiv serves the automotive industry with its cold sheet forming, and mould, control fixture and welding fixture manufacturing capabilities. Having served Oyak Renault since it was founded, the company has increased both its manufacturing capacity and the number of customers that it works with. KEBA OTOMOTİV 2006 yılında 40 yıllık su pompası üreticisi Türkiye'deki Oemlerin (FORD-OTOSAN, TURK TRACTOR(NEW HOLLAND), OTOYOL, BMC ) yıllarca tedarikçiliğini yapan Arslan Oto'yu satın alarak otomotiv sektörü için su pompaları ve manifold üretimi ile faaliyetine Arslan Oto'nun tecrübeli personellerini koruyarak birlikte başlamıştır. KEBA OTOMOTİV olarak hedefimiz 2 sene içinde Avrupa'da en çok çeşide sahip ilk 5 su pompası üreticisinden biri olmak. Bu hedefe ulaşmak için kurulduğu günden bu yana alt yapı (aparat, model, çizim ekipmanları, ölçme ve kalite ekipmanları, vb.) yatırımına devam etmektedir ve edecektir. 2007 yılında müşterilerine daha kaliteli ve daha az maliyetli ürünü zamanında teslim edebilmek için kendi tedarikçisi olarak Keba Döküm Ltd. Şti.'yi kurmuştur ve orada da yatırımlarına devam etmektedir. Keba otomotiv olarak yıllık satışımızın %60 a yakın bölümü Avrupa ülkelerine ihrac edilmektedir. Günümüz ekonomisinde herkes maliyetlerini düşürerek tasarruf etmek durumundadır. Metsan Forging Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of hot forged parts, supplied in steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and titanium within the weight range of 0.20 kg to 13 kg. Headquartered in Izmir, Turkey; Metsan has been serving as the reliable manufacturer for many industries such as automotive, machinery, agricultural equipment, medical equipment and mining.
