Domaine Du Chant D'eole
Le Chant d'Eole, le plus grand vignoble en Belgique, offre des cuvées d'exception et des visites guidées, deux restaurants et des évènements sur mesure et exclusifs. Le Domaine du Chant d’Éole a vu le jour en 2010 au terme d’une association entre une famille de viticulteurs champenois renommés et une grande famille d’exploitants agricoles belges, la famille Ewbank. Situé à Quévy dans la région de Mons, le Domaine du Chant d'Eole s'étend aujourd'hui sur 52 ha. Plus de pieds de vigne des cépages traditionnels – Chardonnay (97%), Pinot noir (2%) et Pinot blanc (1%) – ont été plantés sur un territoire de 42ha situé à Quévy au sud de Mons en Wallonie. Orientée plein sud et majoritairement calcaire, la terre présente des qualités de drainage et d’irrigation idéales pour la production de vins effervescents méthode traditionnelle.

Consequent aan onze filosofie zoeken wij wijnbouwers die dankzij innovatie en vooral dankzij hun vakkennis wijn produceren met een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Geen gekende grote kleppers met dure namen, maar wijnen met hart en ziel gemaakt. Grenzen verleggen! Dat is wat we elke dag voor jou doen. Op zoek naar dat unieke verhaal over een specifiek terroir, een onbekende druif of gewoon het verhaal van een wijnmaker met een ongelooflijke passie voor zijn product en de natuur. Tijdens onze eerste jaren zochten we het vooral klassiek met een voorliefde voor mediterrane wijnen. Het is nog steeds de kern van ons DNA met enkele van de mooiste parels uit Languedoc en Zuid-Frankrijk. Maar stap voor stap waagden we ons ook in onbekende oorden verspreid over heel Europa met wijngaarden op de steilste hellingen, tussen heuvels en rivieren of verlaten op een eiland. Geen zoektocht is ons te ver voor een nieuwe ontdekking. En dit telkens met één grote constante in ons verhaal, respect voor de omgeving. Laat je verrassen door onze wijnen, waarbij ‘fraîcheur, pure smaken en elegantie’ de rode draad doorheen ons gamma is. Ondertussen zoeken wij al verder naar de volgende revelatie!

Amuerte is a family owned business created by two cousins who have created the first ever coca gin. A casual encounter was enough for it all to start: it all happened after witnessing how a local tribe chewed some cocaine leaves during a trip with rucksacks through the tropical forest. Thanks to this experience we discovered the mystical savour of the coca leaves. Our family, who is well skilled at transforming the taste of leaves into a unique gin, has a history dating back 112 years. We have namely arrived to the fourth generation and have become experts at distilling gin, with true passion. We have thus obtained an incredible, well balanced, vivacious coca leaf flavour that is fine and bitter with brilliant notes of tamarillo, papaya, and South American drake.
