Domaine Du Chant D'eole
Le Chant d'Eole, le plus grand vignoble en Belgique, offre des cuvées d'exception et des visites guidées, deux restaurants et des évènements sur mesure et exclusifs. Le Domaine du Chant d’Éole a vu le jour en 2010 au terme d’une association entre une famille de viticulteurs champenois renommés et une grande famille d’exploitants agricoles belges, la famille Ewbank. Situé à Quévy dans la région de Mons, le Domaine du Chant d'Eole s'étend aujourd'hui sur 52 ha. Plus de pieds de vigne des cépages traditionnels – Chardonnay (97%), Pinot noir (2%) et Pinot blanc (1%) – ont été plantés sur un territoire de 42ha situé à Quévy au sud de Mons en Wallonie. Orientée plein sud et majoritairement calcaire, la terre présente des qualités de drainage et d’irrigation idéales pour la production de vins effervescents méthode traditionnelle.

Kriespie - Maarkedalse Tripel
Home brewery l'Anti from Maarkedal is the original brewer and inspirer. When he thought about retirement, Kriestof and Pieter, also from Maarkedal, asked if they could save the beer from extinction. Maarkedalse Tripel is a light amber-coloured, softly bitter beer brewed with aromatic Chinook hops that tickle the side of your tongue. The fruitiness comes from a yeast cultivated in the middle of the Maarkedal hills, which adds an extra local dimension. Nowadays, the beer is brewed at De Graal in Brakel.

Consequent aan onze filosofie zoeken wij wijnbouwers die dankzij innovatie en vooral dankzij hun vakkennis wijn produceren met een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Geen gekende grote kleppers met dure namen, maar wijnen met hart en ziel gemaakt. Grenzen verleggen! Dat is wat we elke dag voor jou doen. Op zoek naar dat unieke verhaal over een specifiek terroir, een onbekende druif of gewoon het verhaal van een wijnmaker met een ongelooflijke passie voor zijn product en de natuur. Tijdens onze eerste jaren zochten we het vooral klassiek met een voorliefde voor mediterrane wijnen. Het is nog steeds de kern van ons DNA met enkele van de mooiste parels uit Languedoc en Zuid-Frankrijk. Maar stap voor stap waagden we ons ook in onbekende oorden verspreid over heel Europa met wijngaarden op de steilste hellingen, tussen heuvels en rivieren of verlaten op een eiland. Geen zoektocht is ons te ver voor een nieuwe ontdekking. En dit telkens met één grote constante in ons verhaal, respect voor de omgeving. Laat je verrassen door onze wijnen, waarbij ‘fraîcheur, pure smaken en elegantie’ de rode draad doorheen ons gamma is. Ondertussen zoeken wij al verder naar de volgende revelatie!

Wave Distil Distillery
A belgian distillery located in Dinant. We have two stills and three cellars with more than one thousand and five hundred exceptional casks that allow a whole series of aging, but also custom finishes. We are the only distillery in Belgium that does finishing! Our catalogue contains no less than 29 products. They are all created by the master cellar and master distiller, Thierry Van Renterghem. They are made from noble ingredients and respecting traditions. The common thread of all products is quality, softness and naturalness. OUR SPIRITS : Cosmik Vodka, Gemblue Gin, Little G rhum, August 17th whisky, Cosmik Aperitif and the range of 'Le Tiche with Manneke'Tiche and Ginneke'Tiche. We propose also a Rare cask Edition with a serie of very limited and prestigious finishes (W.01 to W.13.). Six spirits have already won medals in international competitions. PRIVATE LABEL : we make your own spirit. VISIT : in small group (only on reservation). EVENTS : we welcome you to the distillery for your private or professional events (teambuilding, master class, birthdays, meals.). Our table can accommodate 25 people. We can offer you different formulas.'LA TABLE DE WAVE': offers private meals (3 or 4 courses) served by a great chef at the distillery table. Brasserie Houppe
Xavier, François, Bertrand, Alexandre et Laurent. L’ordre importe peu. Cinq Namurois, cinq parcours. Cinq épicuriens en recherche d’un challenge, et surtout cinq personnalités qui ont dès le début posé les bases d’un projet ambitieux. Partageant tous un attachement à leur ville, au design et aux produits artisanaux de caractère, ils décident de créer à Namur une bière présentant une forte identité et un goût qu’ils n’avaient pas encore trouvé dans une bière spéciale. Autour de la table, ils déterminent alors avec certitude ce qu’ils souhaitaient : une bière de caractère qui avait assez d’amertume et un nez tirant vers les agrumes, si possible de manière naturelle. Cette bière de leurs rêves devait aussi être rafraîchissante et désaltérante. Quelques brassins et dégustations plus tard, ils parviennent à proposer une bière qui fait l’unanimité, et qui deviendra « La Houppe ». La Brasserie de Namur a établi en mai 2015 ses quartiers dans l’ancienne Brasserie Balon-Perrin (datant de 1812), située sur la rive gauche de la Meuse, à moins d’un kilomètre du centre ville de Namur.

VERMOUTH: Based on Spanish white wine, grain alcohol, and bitter and other spices we create unique bitter/sweet balanced Vermouths. AMARE (Bitters), AMARETTO, LIMONCELLO. Just bring us a challenge.
