VINPROM - TROYAN AD is the Bulgarian national leader in the production of natural fruit distillates and rakia. Most famouse rakia is Troyan plum brandy (Troyan Slivovitz) The company purchases more than tons of fruit every year, which are then processed under a special traditional technology that preserves the genuine flavor and fragrance of the Troyan Plum Rakia. Plum distillates form over 90% of the company’s total production, which also includes products made from apricot, apple, pear and cherry distillate. The Troyan plum rakia was entered into the European register for protected geographical indication and holds numerous honors, awards and medals from prestigious international and national forums and tastings. Since 2007 “VINPROM – TROYAN” AD has been a part of the Czech holding company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, which is one of the largest producers of fruit distillates in Europe. KATARZYNA ESTATE се намира в най–южната част на България. Районът е изключително благодатен за отглеждане на лозя и е разположен на една и съща географска ширина с някои от най–известните винени области в Европа. Избата е позиционирана на 2 км от границата с Гърция, в подножието на Източните Родопи. Интересната архитектура разделя сградата на три нива, което позволява гравитачно транспортиране на гроздето и виното от ниво в ниво. Избата е снабдена с най–висoко ниво технологично оборудване необходимо за съвременото винопроизводство и е най–голямата като капацитет българска изба, използваща метода на микро-винификация. KATARZYNA ESTATE притежава 7500 дка собствени лозови масиви, разположени в местността Бялата пръст, в землището на село Белица и село Лозен. В периода между 2004–та и 2007-ма година, след внимателно проучване на почвите и климатичните специфики на отделните парцели, започва засаждането на различни сортове, като основно се засажда през 2006 г. Съотношението между червени и бели сортове е 70:30. От лозовите масиви с бяло грозде, най-голям дял има сортът Шардоне. Другите бели сортове, които се отглеждат са Совиньон блан, Семийон, Пино гри, Траминер, Вионие, Мускат. Червени сортове са Мерло, Каберне Совиньон, Каберне Фран, Сира, Малбек, Темпранийо, Карменер, Рубин и Мавруд. От 2012-та година част от лозовите насаждения на KATARZYNA ESTATE се отглеждат биологично. Лозовият масив е на площ от 850 дка и се намира на около 15 км от избата в землището на с. Белица. Сортовият състав се състои от: Мерло, Каберне Совиньон, Сира, Каберне Фран, Малбек и Карменер. Вината на KATARZYNA ESTATE се произвеждат по класически технологии с преобладаващо ръчен труд. Голямото предимство на избата е, че екипът работи и разполага с много и най-вече различни като качества и специфика площи в лозовите ни масиви. Това дава възможност за голям брой различни партиди вина, които се използват за оформяне на финалните продукти.

Located 20 km north of Burgas, Pomorie is considered the center of the best white grapes terroirs in Bulgaria. In addition, the white grapes competitive advantage is greatly enhanced by the proximity to significant quantities of high-quality red grapes. Black Sea Gold production facilities are located at three sites: a wine cellar in the town of Pomorie with two plots, and a second winery in the village of Kableshkovo, close to Pomorie. The Pomorie winery is specialized in production of red wines and wine brandy, the Kableshkovo winery is producing exclusively white wines. Bottling facilities are in Pomorie only.

Edoardo Miroglio winery is located in the Thracian valley in the village of Elenovo, on 22 km. from Nova Zagora. Edoardo Miroglio winery was established in 2002 with first production in 2005. The winery is located in the central part of an array of approximately 220 hectares of vineyards, which cover the hillside of Saint Ilia which descends to the village of Elenovo. The annual production capacity of Edoardo Miroglio Wine Cellar is approximately 1 million liters of wine. The production cycle covers all technological operations - from primary grape processing to wine bottling.

Bulgarian Wine Selection
Thracian valley Winery is located on the northern slopes of the Rhodopes on both banks of the Asenitsa River. From the south it is surrounded by hills, whose slopes in places descend steeply to the river. To the west and north in front of the city stretches the fertile field. The average altitude of the area is 158 meters. This characteristic shows that in the area of valley nature has created soil and climatic conditions suitable for the emergence and development of viticulture and winemaking as a livelihood of the population. Viticulture is one of the oldest livelihoods in the city. We learn this from the researchers of this period, who have summarized the data from Thracian antiquity. There is no doubt that the Thracians knew the vine and wine and skillfully cultivated them.

Това от гледна точка на винопроизводството е безспорно преимущество, тъй като своевременното преработване на гроздето, веднага след неговото обиране на практика не позволява каквото и да е изменение на неговите характеристики и състав. Самата сграда, която е оригинално архитектурно съчетание на изба и бутиков хотел, е проектирана и построена на стръмния южен склон над р. Дунав, като избените помещения за съхранение на виното при оптимална температура са разположени на два етажа под земята. Важна особеност е, че „Шато Бургозоне” приема и преработва грозде само от собствените си лозови насаждения, което е най-добрата гаранция за произход и високо качество на суровината.
