John Watling's Distillery offers complimentary tours at its home, the Buena Vista Estate, in Downtown Nassau. The historic Estate, founded in 1789 and overlooking the harbour, is the site where more than 20 Bahamians hand-craft JOHN WATLING’S award-winning rums and provide visitors with a unique visitor experience. At the Estate, John Watling’s features a production and museum-like tour, shopping and signature all-natural cocktails at its Tavern. Within walking distance from Downtown Nassau, John Watling’s Distillery is located on Delancy Street and is open from 10am-6pm, seven days a week, except national holidays.

Limeadebahamas
The Company was founded by Joshua Miller in 2012 and squeezed itself into existence in a dissimilar manner from most start-up companies. Joshua saw the potential for growth for the beverage and decided to expand using only his personal capital to fund the project. With the support and encouragement of family members, friends and loyal customers, he squeezed limes, added a twist of flavors; incorporating his father’s recipe and infused his accounting knowledge to form the Company "Limeade Bahamas". In every bottle of limeade there are limes that were handpicked and locally grown. Agriculture is an integral and integrated part of The Bahamas' history and we are honored to pay homage to that history by bottling that very essence. The end product epitomizes "All Things Bahamian". An explosion of palpable fruity flavors that hydrate the palate and gives you a taste of Bahamian culture found in every bottle of Limeade beverages; a modified and better alternative to the household beverage of home-made freshly squeezed limeade.

Commonwealth Brewery became a publicly owned company in 2011 with 25 percent of the shares held by Bahamian individuals and institutions. There are three thousand local shareholders who have altogether invested more than 62.5 million dollars. In addition to the square-foot brewery sprawled across almost 20 acres at Clifton Pier where Kalik, Heineken, Guinness, Vitamalt, Ole Nassau and Ron Ricardo rums are produced, the company distributes 70-plus labels of beer, wines and spirits, and owns 52 retail stores throughout The Bahamas. CBL has some 380 Bahamian employees, three warehouses and a major recycling plant that produces more than 50% of the brewery’s bottles.
