La bodega elabora hoy en día más del 20% del vino embotellado de la Denominación de Origen Rueda, lo que la convierte en la más grande de la denominación, con un nivel de producción anual de 11 millones de botellas. Sus vinos, principalmente de la variedad verdejo, son líderes dentro del consumo de vinos blancos en España y, además, cuentan con una gran influencia en los mercado exteriores, estando presentes en más de cuarenta países como Japón, China, Estados Unidos, Alemania, Reino Unido, Holanda o México. La bodega además, está inmersa en un proyecto de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, como modo de contribución a la mejora social, económica y ambiental de la empresa. Asimismo está desarrollando un proyecto de I+D+I relacionado con la trazabilidad de sus viñedos. Cuatro Rayas es la marca más emblemática de esta bodega y un referente de los vinos blancos españoles. Tal ha sido la aceptación de su nombre que sirve para denominar a la cooperativa Agrícola Castellana. Located in Jumilla in the northeast of Murcia, the bodega was founded in 1948 by our grandfather Francisco who began by making wine at home in a modest winepress. The business was inherited by our father Paco Pacheco who then went on to expand the company which is now in our hands – the third generation. We uphold the family-run legacy with the same passion for wine as our forebears. The bodega has logically evolved as far as technology is concerned yet without losing respect for the family legacy and tradition. Our principal aim is to enhance the value of the wide range of wines available in Spain and especially in DO Jumilla, one of its oldest wine regions, paying homage to the viticulturists who tend the old vineyards with feeling and passion. We are making wines from the Monastrell grape variety that come from select plots which boast distinct soil types, orientation and altitudes with the aim of drawing attention to the hidden elegance and purity of our native grape variety. We have expanded our range of products to include our home grown extra virgin olive oil and roast almonds, which, together with our vineyard, form the three traditional “Trinity” crops of the high-plains of Murcia. We invite you to get to know us better and to become part of our history and the spectacular generational evolution that we are proud to belong to. We are a young, dynamic team that combines tradition and modernity by bringing to light everything we have learnt from past generations while at the same time contributing the most innovative and cutting-edge knowledge to the art of winemaking. Ens trobareu a Vallbona de les Monges (Lleida) i a la masia Can Calopa de Dalt, al parc de Collserola (Barcelona)- L’Olivera is a small social cooperative born in 1974 with the vocation of cultivating the typical culture of the area. Our vineyards, a total of 15 hes, are almost all found in small parcels (less than 1 has) sustained by stone margins and dispersed around the municipal term of Vallbona de les Monges (Catalonia). Production: around bottles. All the work is made in the traditional way, and great part of it is made manually. The harvest is also made by hand, picked up in small amounts, guaranteeing the quality of the grape. Bodega Javier Sanz Viticultor
Javier Sanz Viticultor is a winery in the heart of the Valladolid province in the town of La Seca (Rueda D.O, Castile and León, Spain) and specialises in the creation of quality, signature wines. Its aim is to offer unique, personal wines using painstaking work methods both in the field and the wine-making process. This involves recovering nearly extinct varieties, taking good care of the old vineyards to preserve the origins of the winery and carrying out selected production processes. Javier Sanz Viticultor owns 104 hectares of vineyards, thus we take care of the development of the vines and monitor them. The average yield is 7,500 kg/ha and we produce about bottles per year. Our wines are present in Europe, United States, Canada, South America, China, Japan and other parts of the world. A WINE-MAKING TRADITION The story of Javier Sanz Viticultor began in the mid-19th century with the great-grandfather of the current company director, from whom vineyards dating back to 1863 were inherited. From that time until today, five generations have perpetuated a special relationship – based on tradition and excellence – between grower and vine. OUR GRAPE VARIETIES Our star variety is Verdejo, native to Rueda, to which Javier Sanz Viticultor has added other varieties following in-depth research, restoring of abandoned varieties and the planting of non-conventional ones. Over the past twelve years, Javier Sanz has worked on the recovery of abandoned varieties; this is the case of Verdejo Malcorta, a clone which has been recovered for its intense floral aromas and its higher level of acidity over the conventional Verdejo. After carrying out tests and studies, he discovered the great potential of varietals such as Grasă de Cotnari (from Romania) and Colorado (an unknown red wine strain found in our vineyards)

Bodegas Bocopa
On Spain south Eastern rugged coast, limestone mountains tower majestically over the sea in the ancestral wine-producing region of Alicante. For more than 2500 years, vines have been grown in an ideal microclimate, surrounded by pines, holm oaks and olive groves gently caressed by the Mediterranean breezes. Bocopa was one of the very first winery in Spain to start with organic wines in 1994.
