Whisk-E Limited
Whisk-e Limited was founded in emerging from a company called Arran Japan, set up to represent the interests of the newly-established Isle of Arran Distillers in the Japanese market. The initial mission was to provide the whisky-loving bartending community in Japan with information and products from independent Scottish distilleries. This was enhanced by us becoming representatives both of Whisky Magazine and the Scotch Malt Whisky Society in Japan. Our independent distillery portfolio expanded with the addition of J&A Mitchell's Campbeltown distilleries, BenRiach (to which subsequently both GlenDronach and Glenglassaugh have been added) and then Kilchoman. We have also expanded our independent bottler line-up and now are delighted to be working with Cadenheads, Duncan Taylor, Morrison & Mackay & Samaroli. Our quest to find (warning- much overused word approaching!) craft producers has led us to diversify into other drinks categories, and we are now active both in craft beers and in the spirits/cocktail area. Amongst our beers, BrewDog is our best-seller, although we work with a wide range of producers from the UK, Europe and New Zealand, including CAP, de Molen, Magic Rock, Mikkeller, Toccalmatto and 8-Wired. Our spirits portfolio is built around our work with Fever-Tree premium mixers, and we are seeing growing interest in products like Chase, Sacred Spirits & Sipsmith. Fujisan Winery
We are a family owned and managed winery at the slopes of the majestic Mount Fuji in Fujinomiya, Japan. We are located a scenic two hour drive from Tokyo nestled adjacent to the famous Aokigahara Forest. Fujisan Winery creates world-class wines using a local indigenous varietal called Koshu to match Japanese cuisine. Recently we embarked on a new project and released our “Fresh Wine Collection,” introducing high quality wines from around the world which are bottled locally in order to deliver better quality at even more reasonable price. The Japan Wine Project started in 2003 with the idea to create world class wine suited to match Japanese cuisine. These wines were to be produced form the native varietal Koshu which produces wines with a high natural acidity and delicate flavors. This combination combines perfectly with typical Japanese cuisine. In 2006 the project began producing Koshu from grapes grown in a VSP (Vertical Shoot Positioning) system. This is the method used worldwide for growing high quality wine grapes, much different from the majority of Japanese grapes grown on a pergola trellis. These different styles of grape growing provide us with two very distinct styles of wine. Due to the growing success of the project in 2012 Fujisan Winery was constructed. Since then our vineyard area has expanded and Koshu wine production increased. We now produce three unique Koshu styles in our 'Shizen' range. Our goal moving forward is to continue improving our vineyard and winemaking practices, constantly striving towards the true potential of this unique varietal. We truly believe Koshu is capable of producing remarkable wines unlike any other varietal, by striving towards this potential we aim to show the world something uniquely created in Japan.

Kurashu
Kurashu is based on two ideas we find that the sake industry desperately needs. First, a better way to find and select sake that people will love. Second, a deeper connection to, and support of, the myriad of small breweries around Japan. Sake is a complex world and is difficult to navigate. The way taste is described doesn’t really help much in deciding on a sake and the industry knows it. We’re here to change that! Our website is designed to make sure we recommend our customers only sake they will love. Furthermore, sake is a product that has a long history and deep connections to the people involved and the area it’s produced in. It is more than just a beverage; sake stands for the traditions and artisanal skills of Japan and an ancient heritage. Because the industry is changing and some breweries are adapting better than others, we have made it our goal to support all those great breweries that are great at making sake, but perhaps not so great at marketing themselves. At the same time we want to connect our customers with these breweries in order to deliver an authentic, interesting, and of course delicious, sake experience. Kurashu also exports Japanese sake. Kurashu access to over 100 unique sake breweries from all over Japan and provides a curated selection of sake, covering a broad spectrum of tastes and tailored to the different palates. This includes recently popular categories like sparkling, low-alcohol, or yuzu sake. To guarantee a smooth and hassle-free export, we offer full support in English. If you'd like to collaborate with us, please get in touch with us at workwith@kurashu.jp. Corporate site: Webshop: Socials:@kurashusake
